        paperweight buttons. At 3
        o'clock, the "Judging Review
        and Tray Discussion"
        (commonly known as the gripe
        session) was conducted by
        Tammy Jones. Although many
        subjects were discussed, the
        gnpes were minimal and I
believe most left with a feeling
        of satisfaction both for their
        new acquisition of knowledge
and for the good quality of
        judging. Also at 3 o'clock,
Elaine Cossman told us all we

business. In the meantime, back in the
showroom, a hot contest was going on
among those in attendance. The Wisconsin
Society had on display 40 trays of buttons
for educational purposes. Among these was
a tray of paperweight buttons and the
contest was for those who felt smart enough
to identify the maker of each button. No one
identified them all corectly, but four people
did get the same high score and each of
them was presented with a paperweight
button. When the show room closed at 6, we
