Tidbits From The Viewpoint of Mary Libby Neiman (Bib) of Illinois
"The renaissance of high
quality and creative glass
button making in what
was known as Bohemia,
the Jablonic region of the
Czech Republic, has been
greeted with considerable
enthusiasm by contem-
porary button collectors
as well as commercial
garment manufacturers.
"The privatization of old
line companies in 1990
allowed them freedom to
accept commission work
from the United States and
other countries. They have
been encouraged in their
creativity to manufacture
moonglow buttons once
again.

types as well as realistic
satin glass and imitation
