Article IV
Membership
Sectio"t^ 1. lhe -qualifications fol membership are defined in Article III of
the Constitution.

Section 3' Individuars may be received as Life Members upon payment of

Proxy
section 1. Any member unable to be present at the Annual or special Meet-

Article VI
Dues
section 1. The annual dues shail be g2.b0 until otherwise flxed by the Board
of Directors.
Section 2. Dues shalr be paid to the secretary within one month after the
