50 NATIONAL BUTTON BULLETIN February 1999

                                 C)
a with the new Czech gluss appearing on the market, how will
they affect trays entered in Div. III ( The 1940's West Germsn und the
1990's Czech glass) all regarded as equal. Must a tray of moonglows
      include the new types?

-A.* My opinion is much the same as answers to Questions #l and#2.
A well balanced tray will probably have to include both. I'm sure this
question will come before the Classification Committee at the National show
      in Arizona in 1999.
Just remember-when you write an award for National (and State)
competition, vou, the writer, have the option of limiting the award by your
      wording. If you don't want more than-say, 4 metals, or 4 18th c., or 4 studio
buttons, or 4 new Czech glass or perhaps you want to exclude them all
      tosether-STATE THAT IN YOUR AWARD.
