EVERYONE-Please remind your club members that if they
haven't paid their 1999 dues that they are past due but to mail
them to me at once.

1998 A RECORD IN MEMBERSHIP-Thanks to all that assisted
in bringing in new members for 1998 and a special thanks to our
immediate Past President Jane Leslie for her efforts in the promotion
of our hobby. We continue to grow each year and oh, I am so very
happy to report that as of December 27, 1998 we had 609 paid new
members and I am still holding checks waiting to hear if they wish to
join for 1998 or 1999...but 4560 paid members is wonderful.

COLOR FUND-Many have written how much they enjoy and
appreciate the color pages in our National Bulletin so why not have
your club make a contribution so that we can have color in all issues
and even expand on the number of pages in color in each issue.
Every contribution helps in this project.
We have an outstanding National Bulletin and so many write to
me with wonderful comments and many new members are amazed
at the material included in each issue. Many of you make this
possible but a special thanks to our Editor "Freddie" Speights,
Assistant Editor Lucille Weingaften and to the one that spends more
time on the Bulletin than many realize and is the worker behind the
scenes Jean Speights. It is so easy for me to promote membership

with a quality product to sell!
