                 President  Clarence March  reports that  no State Society meetings  will  be held
              until  April.  District  meetings  however  wtll  be helcl during  the  winter  months.
              He also announced  that  Lillian  and Dewy Albert  of Hightstown,  New Jersey, will
              be the  guest  speakers  at  their  State Society summer meeting  in  Portland  on
              August  14th.
