In early March, the-editor made a sentimentar journey to San Diego [o try to get
some pictures of the coilection before it was broken up. ti"r" rr. .riif,. president of
the california Societv and the-president of the San Diego cr"u. irris was-a'sentimental
journey for several ,i"rons, first, because J"n. *"r no longer there, and secondly,
because the editor had many memories of San Diego, *rr"t"i" *.niiir."rgr, Marine

Mettlach, Ruth and Bob Denison, and Dorothi del Castillo.
There are nine comprete Firm-in sampre boois and one book with roose pages. In
addition, Jack asked his. guests if they tirought the members wourd be interested in
some ceramic pieces in the cupboard.-Needliss to say, a new flush of adrenarin shot

attached_a button. Alt proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Jane Ford
Adams Color Pages Fund.
The establishment of.this- fund is completely fitting and we believe it wourd have
been Jane's wish, since she donated 200 copies of her book ..All
