       The time is rapidly passing for Special  Awards  to be received by the Chair-
    men in time for po.sting  at 1966 Show in Kansa^s  City, and later published  in the
    November-December,  1966 NATIONAL  BUTTON  BULLETIN.  The service of
    pcting Awards  at the Show is for the beneflt of those attending, who may want
    [o compete next year, and for our Dealer friends  who will have splended stocks
    for sale. When the Awa.rds  a,re  posted where tJrey can be studied at the Show'
    needed buttons and mounting materials can be purchased.
       When sending Awards to the Che,irmen,  it is a nice gesture to mention a second
    choice,  just in case the first choice  has been  previously accepted from another
    donor.  Your thoughtfuLress  will in maJry cases  save corraspondence.  Send  before
    August 25th for that is the deadline for printing in the November-December
