                 During  World-War  II  t'hen  materials  were  scarce,  they  made  €L ceramic
             button  (Plaster of Paris  derivative).  lfo  quote a manufacturer;  "they  were very
             exllernsive  to rnake".  These buttons are Goofles,  have shanks,  are enamelled to  a
             hiah  luster  and  ran8:e  in  size  from  llt   tL> L12",  They  will  not  stand  rouS:h
             tr;rrtment  that  a  pl;stic  button  receivEs,  but  should  be  placed  on  lloughton
             Button  TIa]'s.  I  batieve they  wiil  be a  welcome  addition  to  -vour  collection.  I
             have sold a  lot  of  them  and'never  had any  complaints  and  still  have more  of
